According to the graph we can see at the beginning of the year both figure were the highest. In 1990 don’t workers drop in 13% before to go 15% in 1992. By the 4 year unemployment levels sharply decreased and remained in stability by the end of the year.

On the other hand people who leave their Country significantly dropped in 8% by the 1992. In 1996 the figure dropped 6% before rise to 9%.over 3 years remained stability.in 2004 citizen who leave their city sharply increased to 50 thousand by the end of the year.

Overall despite the same level at the beginning of unemployments and city leavers city leavers was the highest at the end of the year.
