The given graph shows the information about joblessness and the number of people leaving Ireland. Time period between 1988 to 2008.

We can see clearly that the highest point of unemployment rate in year 1988 was highest in Ireland, while in year 2000 was lowest point of unemployment. Then year 2002 is lowest point of emigration rate from Ireland. The rate of unemployment then decreased. The rate of people leaving the country also decreased.

To begin with, in year 1988 was a highest emigration from Ireland. It was about 60,000 people leaving the country and then after few years it was approx 18,000 and then it lowest point of emigration rate in 2002 was 25,000 of people leaving their country.

Similarly, the highest rate of unemployment was 17% in 1988. Then the rate was decreased in 1990. It was 13%, then after it was increase in 1992 and it reached nearly 15%, and then after this amount of unemployment was decreased. The lowest of jobless was 2% in 2000 and then in 2008 was 6% of jobless people in Ir

eland.
