In 1988, the unemployment rate around 16%, and show the highest percentage, while decreased unemployment rate around 13% in 1990, then repeatedly increasing and reached 15% in 1992, however, decreased unemployment rate around 2% in 2000, and follow same percentage in 2002 and 2004, then minorly increased and reached 6% in 2008.
