Overall the chart shows that both was at top in year 1988, and decerased day by day in year 2008 number of people leaving the country is 50,000.

Firstly the graph shows that unemployment levels in Ireland in 11 years at last is decreased in year 1988 unemployment level in Ireland was at the peak 17% and dereased by 4% in year 1990 and again jump by 2% in year 1992 after that it follow the down trend till 2000 and reached at 2% and remain same till 2004 incerease in 2006 5% and increase in 2008 by 2% and reached at 7%.

Moreover the emigraten trend form U-shape trend as it show in chart In year 1988 number of people leaving the counrty 60,000 and decereases the number in 1990 by 5000 and suddenly it decerease by 18,000 in 1992 in emigraten and incerease in 5000 in 1994 and follow the down trend for few year till 2002 and in year 2004 emigraten 27000 and in between 2004 to 2008 27,000 emigraten were Ireland.
