Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to enquire about a recent course booking I made at your university, which I am struggling with.

To provide some background, I booked a political science course, which is important to note that it is not my specialty.This has caused a significant amount of frustration to me.

Furthermore, I need to cancel my booking because I am not good at it, and I am not familiar with the political concepts, and I even find difficulties in dealing with the huge amount of data concerning the events that occured seperatly which also includes a wide variety of dates.

Under the circumstances, I would be grateful if you could look into this matter urgently. Moreover, I would appreciate it if I could book another course which is English Literature Since I have a wide range of knowledge of the subject.
