Dear Manager,

I am writing to let you know about the amazing services, and delicious food that I had experienced at your restaurant. I want to appreciate all the hard work that your staff did to make that day very special for me.

On last Sunday, I visited their to celebrate my birthday with my very few close friends. I already did pre-bookings for the seats online, as we entered the place, one of your staff happily lead us to our seats. The table was decorated with colorful balloons, beautiful flowers and a card saying happy birthday on it. My friends and me were already blown by this gesture. One of the staff also clicked our pictures so patiently and was so generous.

Then, we ordered the food and they took less time to serve it to us on the table and the food was scrumptious and freshly made. As we were waiting for our dessert, four of the staff members came together, holding cake and candles and singing happy birthday song for me. I have never felt so special in so many years. I hope you will keep offering best services and food to everybody.

I appreciate all the efforts.
