I am writing to you as the tenant of Apartment 4B to bring a serious maintenance issue to your attention that requires immediate action.

Specifically, I have discovered a significant leak in the pipes underneath the kitchen sink. Over the last 24 hours, the water flow has increased, and despite my attempts to catch the water in a bucket, it is beginning to soak into the surrounding wooden cabinetry.

I am very concerned that if this is not addressed quickly, it will lead to permanent water damage to the kitchen fixtures or, worse, cause a mold outbreak which would be a health hazard. Furthermore, there is a risk that the water could seep through the floor and damage the ceiling of the apartment below us.

I would appreciate it if you could send a plumber to fix this as soon as possible. I am available all day tomorrow, Tuesday, and on Wednesday morning before 11:00 AM to allow access to the property. Please let me know a time that works for you, or if you will be using your spare key to enter.
