Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to explain my situation for the problem; I am facing during this course work. As, I was already informed you about my full-time job and enhancement in the job responsibilities and duties. Therefore, it’s getting difficult for me to manage time for the studies and resulted in below average results in the last term.

I will not be able to continue the current term in this course work. As, I have been moving out of the city for the period of 3 months. During this time, I will not be able to continue my studies and further due to workload taking an online classes will also not possible.

I requested you to transfer my this term registered courses to the next term, so that I will continue and complete my studies lately. I will be very thankful for your cooperation and understanding my situation. Hopefully, you will accept my request.
