I hope you are well. I am writing this letter to request you to look after my house for a week because I go to my business tour at Mumbai.

You have already informed me that you will be at home next week. So, I want to do this favor for me.

The plants in the living room need to be watered once in a week only and It placed near the window when it is sunny. In term of taking care is that all require you to do for me. I also gave your telephone number to the TV repairing company, they will be coming with my sets on 8th of April. Kindly open the door for them so they can install it for me. Also take care of my car which is in my garage. Please cell it every morning and evening.

Thank you in advance for your help to take care of my house.
