Dear John,

I am writing this letter for your assistance to look over my house in my absence. I will be away from 12th to 16th November for a business trip. However, I may come back home little early if the meeting concludes early.

When I’ll be away, you to water my plants, Indoor plants need to water every 2 days while the outdoor gardern needs to water daily. Moreover, you should also dilute the plant vitamins medicine with the water. You also need to feed my pet dog ‘Angle’ and my persian cat ‘Dodo’, I have keep their food in the basement.

I really like to compensate your time and effort so I’ll like to offer you 1000 dollars along with 4 ‘Disneyland Tickets’ if you are not satisfied by the amount offer, we can again discuss it on call or through email.
