Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my keen interest in joining a short training course in your esteemed institution.

The course in which I am fascinated is ‘Computer Hardware and Maintenance’. The duration of that course is 6 months. I would like to know about details like schedule. What time is best for joining? I also want to know that what is the fee structure of for this course. My cousin brother told me that it’s 6000 per month.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide some extra details, such as what type of materials are necessary to bring. Additionally, the main reason for joining the course is that I have profound interest in repairing things, so I would like to enhance my knowledge by enrolling in your institution.
