Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing with regard to express my sincere interest to joining in your oraganisation.

As a responsible citizen,I believe that I should do anything useful for the well-being of our community.In fact,your association has been focusing on raising fund for furnishing fundamental education for the children who are from the deprived areas of the society and I would like to devote my effort and time in building the future generation.

In addition,I have participated several charity events in my locality as well as at the college level.My strong experience in the field of art and theatre will be an added advantage for you because I can generate revenue by actively participating recreational activities and performance which can attract audience effectively.

Since I am a part-time postgraduate student in the university,I can work in the evenings.Moreover,I will be available in the weekends as a full-time volunteer,therefore,I can orgnanize and coordinate even lorgterm activities.
