Dear Jody,

I hope you are doing well. As you know, the team have been working on processing the back log of over 6000 hundred invoices within our system. Myself and six other team members started this project on February 15, 2025 with a projected completion date of March 31, 2025. I am happy to say that we completed the task on March 24; one week ahead of shedule. This is huge success for our department and we having a get to gather to celebrate and I am inviting you to joint us.

The gathering will take place on March 31, 2025, at 000 Blue Street in conference room B3 on the second floor. The starting time will be at 5pm and the door will be open at 4:30pm.

There will be light refreshment and music. If you like, you can bring board games or any form of pastries to share. Looking forward in seeing you.
