Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the noise from the campus canteen.

It is quite challenging for me to study in an environment where not only students do gossip but also play loud music. Some seniors also do stunts on the bikes in the nearby area of the restaurant and then clap for each other. This continues till 1 am.

We have our semester exam in the next 20 days, since I am new in the university it is also new for me to understand the chapters that are totally new. Secondly, in order to get help from teachers

Mr Smith asked me to take early morning lectures however with noise distraction neither I concentrated on my studies and not attend the early morning lecture.

I am glad that we have this facility till midnight but these days it is a problem. Therefore I would like to suggest that in the month when students have their exam, the canteen timing can be changed and it must be open till 9 pm only. Else, I request you to kindly change my university accommodation so that I can focus on my studies.
