Dear Sarah,

I hope you are well. I am writing to ask for your help in organising a suprise birthday party for James, as you know how important this celebration is to him. It will be better if we join hands and make it a memorable experience.

The party is planned for Saturday, 15th March, starting 6.00pm at my house in Westlands. I am thinking of a simple but a fun theme, such as “retro night”, where everyone dresses in 90s- style clothes. I believe this would really make the event memorable and exciting for him.I would appreciate if you could take charge of a few things. Could you pleaseorganise the cake and also help with sending invitations to your friends? in addition, it would be great if you could arrange some music and simple decorations to match the theme.
