Dear Anna and John,

I hope you are doing well! I am writing to you to tell you about the surprise birthday party we are organizing for Julia.

I really need your help with the music and food. I am already taking care of the cake, i want to make the cheesecake cause you know it is hers favourite and i am bringing some lights and ballons for decorate the room.

I want to ask if you, John, can help with the music since you are a dj, you can bring all the stuff that you need and for Anna i was think about helping with the appetizers, cause we all know you are the best chef in the group.

The party will take place on Saturday 28th of February and we are renting a room in the city center. I will contact her boyfriend to bring her there around 8 pm and we can make the guests arrive at around 7.30 pm and if you guys want we can meet up early and preprare everything.
