Dear Rahul,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this email to invite you for new year party.

Due to busy schedule we did not meet from last year. Moreover, your mother told me about your winter vacations from your office. So I decide to organize a small party for our meet-up after long time.

As I told you earlier it will near year party but you have to come on 30th December for decorations and some arrangements. However, the party will start next day 31th December at evening time.

At last, I plan to organize this special occasion in Taj hotel which located in main city.

I hope you will come on time.
