Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to know about booking procedure of private room in your restaurant. Actually, i want to throw a suprise birthday party for my best friend on 14th of October during afternoon time.

It is very close gathering so around 5-10 members of our group will be coming. I am not sure about number of friends. But, after deciding everything, I will able to tell exact number of guests.

Well, all of my friends are vegetarian. Could you please provide me a menu with one day price of room booking? So, I will decide dishes. Moreover, decorate room with red roses because it’s her favourite flowers with white balloons. Also, please cake should be eggless with jelly tipping on it. I am very thankful to you if you could provide me information as soon as possible.
