Dear Alex,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to share an exciting idea and to ask for your help in organising a surprise birthday party for Anay next month.

As you know, her birthday falls on the 18th, and i thought it would be wonderful to plan a small gathering with close friends and family. I am considering hosting the party at my place in the evening so that we can keep it a complete surprise. We could decorate the house and arrange her favourite music and food.

I was hopping you could help by inviting some if her college friends and managing the cake and decorations. Since she trusts you completely, it would be great if you could also bring her to my place without raising any suspision.

Let me know what you think about this plan and if you have any other ideas. And also suggest me a gift that helps her for the upcoming studies. I am sure this will mean a lot to her, and together we can make the day truly special.
