Dear Vipul,

I hope this letter finds you in good spirits and health. I just wanted to let you know about the surprise birthday party, I am planning for our common friend Nimmi.

As you know, her brithday is on 15th of September, and I have a great plan to surprise her on her special day. Therefore, I have planned to celebrate this occasion in a small hall of the Hilton Hotel. I already made a list of her friends and family members that need to be invited, as both of our friends are common. Also, I paid the deposit to the hotel, and a function will take place at evening time from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.

Although I take care of the majority of arrangements, am need your help in some particular tasks such as selecting the food menu, and a design of decorations as per hotel hall space. Additionally, would you please talk with your uncle about the cake prices, as he is a renowned cake designer in our town.

By the way, it’s better to meet at my home, on coming Sunday around 12:00pm, to discuss all the arrangements in detail in order to avoid the complications later on.
