Dear Nakul,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I am organizing a birthday party for my closest friend, Parth. And I want you to help me in arranging some important stuff for the party.

As parth’s birthday is on 21st March, I am planning to give a party in the evening on 20th March around 10 o’clock. I have booked a hall in five star hotel, named Taj which is located near the local train station as it will be easy for everyone to reach on time.

I would like to request you to order a food that parth likes. Not only the food, but also the music of his choice. Moreover, I want you to call all your relatives and give them an invitation on yourbehalf.

I also need your some suggestions on decorating the hall as I want to give him a surprise. What do you think about the decoration that has some good vibe and which is very peacefull as he is very calm person?
