I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to confirm all the details for our weekend trip to the countryside, so everyone knows what to expect.

First, about transportation: we’ll all meet at Amir Temur metro station at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. I’ve booked a minivan that can take all six of us comfortably. The driver will pick us up from there, so please try to be on time.

As for the plan, we’ll arrive at the guesthouse around 10:30. After settling in, we’ll go for a short hike to the nearby lake and have a picnic there. In the evening, we’re planning a barbecue and some board games. On Sunday morning, we’ll rent bicycles and explore the hills before heading back to Tashkent in the afternoon.

To make things easier, I suggest dividing the items we need. You can bring the portable speaker and some snacks. I’ll take care of the barbecue supplies. Aziz should bring the board games, and Shox can prepare tea and disposable cups. Everyone should also bring comfortable shoes, a warm jacket, and a refillable water bottle.
