Dear Ram,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter outlining the details of the trip that we have had finalized. As discussed,our meeting location will be near our office park at 7 a.m on the 7th of April. I would like you to tell you about the essential items that you need to bring on the trip to prevent risk that may arise during the tour.

To begin with, one of the most essential items is warm jacket, as we are visiting the cold place try not to forget to put extra clothes. Secondly, water proof shoes and thick shoes, these are most important things as they protect our legs from catching cold. Similarly, a extra large bag with personal hygiene items such as toothpaste, water bottle, face wash, and body wash. These this are most important to maintain the cleanliness, and to be safe from unpredictable dangers. Moreover, keep an extra GPS device as our trekking route is extremely narrow with lots of twists and turns, just like Miraz, where we might get lost from our group.
