Dear Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing this letter to keep you informed of our upcoming hiking trip which is on 25th and 26th April, next weekend at the Nam Cat Tien national forest.

As part of our follow-up activities, I would like to remind all of you about our transportation, the gathering point, the hotel address and personal items you should be aware of.

First and foremost, please make sure to arrange your personal transfer to the gathering point at 5am on 500 NTV Street on the date of departure.

Second, we will be transported to the forest on the reserved 45-seated bus which will depart sharp at 5.30am on the 25th April. We estimate to arrive at the Bella hotel at 2pm on the date. We will stay at this hotel located at 600 ABC Street throughout the trip.

Finally, please be prepared to bring your personal belongings, including but not limited necessary prescribed medication, a pair of waterproof shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
