Good evening everybody,

I’m writing this email to let you know about logistics of our very first hiking trip.

First of all, thank you for participating this new experience, i will do my best to coordinate it well.

We are going to hike Bogd Khan mountains mid road on 28th of Febuary. Since our road is graded as middle hiking level we have to prepare very well. Each participants have to bring their own safety equipments, protein snacks and water. Since it had been snowing for while now, winter equipments must be considered as mandatory.

We will meet up at Sukhbaatar Square at 06:00 am at same day and bus will be on road ar 06:30am. We are planning to start hike officially at 07:30am.

We are hoping to have great and adventurios yet safe time with everyone, so please be punctual and responsible. Thank you, see you on the day
