Hi fellas,

Good morning!

I hope this email finds you well. As our discussion several weeks ago, we will have a hiking trip this weekend. Here, I’m elaborating all things we need, both transportation and logistics.

First, we will be meeting up on Saturday, 03 January 2026 at Warung Cokro Aminoto. Please, come by no longer than 7 local time. You can access this location by public transportation or own vehicles. But if you are not familiar with the location, please check the maps as per this link.

After that, we will be driving to the Mount Kilimanjaro by a rent-shuttle – I already booked it – and the driver. The shuttle will be back to the carpool as soon as we arrive at the determined place.

For logistics, I will bring a tent and related-stuffs. However, you must check all your belongings, including but not limited to foods and drinks, clothes, toiletries, and personnal-medicines.
