Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing regarding my need to hire an apartment of which I need your assistance. I was offered a job last week In Asaba delta state and I presently do not have any relation to live with there.

I would appreciate a one room bedroom flat, in a quiet vicinity with constant electricity, preferably DlA road. This is because my friend lived there last year and had positive reviews about it. In addition, I will mostly be working from home hence the reason for this request. Also my budget ranges between two hundred thousand naira to three hundred thousand naira.

The appointment date for my new job is the 4th of January so I will appreciate it if I can move into the house a week before, to enable me arrange my possessions and get new items if necessary.

I will also appreciate it if you could provide me information about the cost of the process and consultation services. Could you please also let me know in time if the accommodation is available two weeks before my appointment.
