Dear Rahim,

I hope you’re doing well. It’s been ages since we last met and caught up properly!

have some big news. I’m planning to move to your town next month because of my work. My company is opening a new branch there, and they’ve offered me a promotion to become the team leader. I couldn’t say no to the opportunity because it’s a great step for my career, and the salary is much better too. So basically, work is the main reason I’m making this move.

I’m thinking of shifting around the second week of October, maybe around the 10th or 11th. That should give me enough time to pack up everything here and hand over my current projects.

This is where I need your help, my friend. Since you’ve been living there for years, you know the area much better than me. Could you please help me find a small flat or apartment near the office? I’m looking for a 1-bedroom place that’s safe, not too expensive, and close to public transport. If you know any agents or see any “To Let” signs, please let me know.

I’m really excited to move there, especially because I’ll have you nearby. We can finally hang out every weekend! Please tell me if the dates work for you so I can plan my travel.
