Dear Mr. Rakesh,

I am writing to thanks you for giving me an opportunity to do work experience, and I have some questions to ask you.

Predominantly, I am delightful to you to give me a chance to work with your reputable enterprise for sharpening my skills. In addition, working in such a sophisticated environment could be beneficial for my career. I am looking for this position form last 2 months.

I hope to learn various things related to the architectural designing and managing work on sites according to planning. In particular, I want to grab knowledge about the AutoCAD software and 3DS max software for 3d model designing. Also, the management of risks on the industrial sites with which we can work safely and complete our objectives smoothly prior to time.

Apart from this, I have some questions to ask you. First, the requirement of personal laptop for work, and its configuration. Second, what things we need to prepare before going to sites, and most importantly the dress code of your company.

Once again, I am grateful to you for choosing me. I am looking to hearing form you.
