Dear Sir,

I am writing to you in regard to the work experience that is expected to be in your organization, next week for three months. I am excited to participate and take the advantage of this provided opportunity.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for considering me as a potential candidate, since I was eagerly waiting for this chance to have practical experience in one of your companies.

Secondly, I am looking forward to expand my knowledge about technical aspects of various equipments used in our firm. Also, this practical experience of operating numerous appliances will surely boost my knowledge and help to know more about their working.

Lastly, I wanted to know whether I would be provided with accommodation from company. Also, would I get paid holidays during extreme summer that is expected to be next month.
