Band 5+: You are soon going to spend three months doing work experience in an organisation. Write a letter to the manager of the organisation where you are going to do work experience. In your letter thank the manager for the opportunity to do work experience explain what you hope to learn from the work experience ask some questions about the work experience you are going to do

dear sir or madam,

I hope this letter finds you in the best of your health. I’m extremely thankful to you for the golden opportunity that you have provided me to work in your esteemed organisation. Pioneer food services is one of the best food companies in the GTa. Recently I have completed my certification in food and safety management. I am very well aware of W HMIS laws, food safety inspections and workplace hazards in your organisation. I hope to undergo all these rules and regulations and learn about the communication skills. I really want to indulge in the teamwork, leadership, time management and all other necessary skills that are vital for food safety inspector. I consider myself very lucky to get shortlisted doing work experience in this organisation , I believe with my experience, background and skills that I would feel comfortable working in this organisation. However however I don’t understand the full scope of the role at this point. I would love to know more about the duties and responsibilities of this position. Some details regarding this before the commencement of my role would be sincerely appreciated.
