Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Nikitha Tess John, an intern who got selected for the three months internship at your esteemed organisation. I am writing this letter to clarify few of my doubts regarding the program.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my gratitude for choosing me as one of the five interns in your hospital. I consider this as an extravagant opportunity to learn further and build the foundation of my career. During the three months of work experience, I would like to get exposure in all plausible areas, especially, going on ward rounds with all the chief doctors is something I am looking forward to. This is an inevitable part of my internship as practical knowledge is imperative for any healthcare professional.

Furthermore, I would also like to be enlightened about the scheduling of my internship, particularly the duration and name of the departments that I could work, since I ought to report these to my professor beforehand. In addition, a provision of the list of things that are required to be brought by me, would also be helpful.
