Dear Sir or Madam,

I am thanking the organization for the great opportunity to join the team for three months, which will enrich my experience and add to my career progression.

I hope in the next three months I will learn new skills related to my profession and management skills as well, which include discipline, commitment, negotiation, and delegation. I hope at the end of the twelve weeks that I will be able to delegate tasks professionally among team members and negotiate with other teams.

I have some questions about my role during this period. Firstly, I need further details about my responsibilities to the organization during working hours. Secondly, is there any remote work from home, or is it only through the office? Lastly, will there be recommendation letter at the end of the period?

Thank you for your help and support, and I am looking forward to this opportunity.
