Dear Sir or Madam,

The reason why I am writing this letter is that I want to request to give me extra time to end my project.

First of all, I want to introduce myself. I am Irina who has been living in Berlin for more than a decade. I study ay group 402 ay university.

If I tell you about the reason for not being able to finish my program on time, the main one is about lack of time. Last week, I was given an assignment. However, I did not have enough time to end it. Because my grandma was feeling bad about herself. I had to go and look after her.

Also, I take care of her in some time and helped to take medical treatments.

Considering that I could not finish my project in given time. I decided to request you to give more time to submit the assignment.

I hope you will understand my situation and react positively bu taking everything into account.
