Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a broken laptop, which I saw in your shop’s advertisement and bought.

First of all, I purchased this device two days ago for 20 million VND. However, it has a big issue. When I turn it on at the office, the screen is completely black and fails to start. I tried to charge the battery, but it still does not run.

This situation makes me very disappointed. I am currently working full-time as an office assistant, so I really need this computer to finish my daily tasks. This problem is likely to have a big impact on my work.

To solve this problem, I would like to request a full refund or a new laptop. I hope to receive a satisfying answer from you.
