Hi Sir/Madam,

My name is Ali; I bought a brand-new television from your shop almost 6 days ago. It is a Sony black colour TV, model no Z56745, and receipt no 156754.

Unfortunately, When I arrived home and tried to turn it on, it was not working. Initially, I thought, it might be a remote-control issue, and I have changed its battery, but even after changing battery, Tv was not turning on. I am not sure what technical issue it could have. When I was purchasing, your customer service representative mentioned that I have 2 years of warranty. In case, you have any issue contact us on this number 0498523492.

This afternoon, I made a call to your customer service centre. Unluckily, no one responded to my call. So, I would like to request to make a request to change this TV set and replace that with new one. Otherwise, I have full right to reimburse full payment of it.
