Dear Madam or Sir,

Good Day! I hope this letter finds you well. I am Lovely Kate Cruz. I am one of your passenger last Monday, around 8:00 in the morning going to Cubao, Metro Manila, I am writing to your office because I would like to followed up about the envelope I left on one of your bus.

I left the pink envelope, my name was written on the back of it. My documents such as birth certificate, photo copy of my diploma, certificates, resume and police clearance. I will used these documents on my work application.

I called immediately your customer service and explained what happened, but the customer service I talked to told me that she will coordinate with the bus driver and to the conductor, she asked my phone number and said that she will call me back for the update.

Can you please update me if the conductor and driver saw it or even other passenger saw it and returned it. Here is my contact number, 09164789267. Please call or text me anytime that is convinient to you.
