Dear sir,
I am Smith and writing this letter to drive your attention towards your lost luggage. Actually, yesterday, I went to the railway station to visit my family.
When I reached there, I saw a bag with some crucial documents and expensive belongings. The suitcase is red in colour and it has a yellow line on the top. So I went to the reception to submit this bag but owing to security purpose, they are not capable of submitting any luggage without the consent of the owner.
In addition, this bag was lying on the floor near the bench, at first, I thought that the owner of this bag is nearby, I was waiting for my train, after 2 hours I came close to this bag and saw the train time and I got to know that this train has left the station. Therefore, I checked the label and noticed your name and address on it.
I wanted to let you know that all of your documents and belongings are safe and I would like to return them to you. Due to my exams I will not be able to return it until this weekend, for next Monday, I will be free from my classes so you come to pick it up. My address is 234 Avengers Avenue, London.
Looking forward to your response,
Yours faithfully,
Smith.
