Dear Mr. Smith,

I am one of your students, and I am writing to inform you that I will be unable to continue with the part-time computer programming course.

I have been attending your evening classes for the last two months, and I have enjoyed them. As I stated on my course application form, I have been working for a reputable company, and until now I have managed to fit my course into my work schedule.

However, balancing the demands of my full-time job and the evening course has proven to be more challenging than I anticipated. Subsequently, I found myself unable to dedicate the necessary time and energy to excel in both areas.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience my absence may cause, and I would like to request guidance to formalize my withdrawal from the course. Moreover, I was wondering if it would be possible to enroll in next September course.
