Dear Mr. Robbins,
I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to continue with the part-time course I am currently enrolled in, which is held in the evenings.
As you are aware, I have a full-time job and am also pursuing this course on the side. However, I have recently been promoted to the position of project manager at my job, which comes with increased responsibilities. I am also leading a new project, which is a great opportunity for me to showcase my leadership skills.
As a result, I will need to dedicate more time to my job, including working outside of regular hours, in order to ensure the success of this project. Therefore, I regret to inform you that I will not be able to attend the course from next week until the end of the current year. Despite this, I am still very interested in completing this course as it will help me develop my soft skills and presentation abilities. If it is possible for me to resume the course next year, I would be extremely grateful.
I am eager to hear back from you regarding this matter. Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
David
