Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I will not be able to continue taking the course handled by you during the evening sessions. I am one of your students who have been taking your course on psychology for the past one month. I have been attending the evening classes due to my engagement with my job during morning hours.
Unfortunately, the supermarket where I work is experiencing a shortage of staff, so I have been allocated a 12-hour shift which starts from 8 am to 8 pm every day with extra pay. Also, I am currently in need of funds, and this money will help me sort out a lot of issues. So, I will not be able to meet up with the evening class during weekdays.
However, I would like to propose that I have my classes on weekends, if this is convenient for you, sir. Anytime works for me. Alternatively, if you can set up an online class for me, so I can follow up passively with the course.
I will be looking forward to a positive response from you, sir. Attached is my course details and contact. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further clarifications.
Sincerely,
Miss Mercy.
