Dear teacher,

I am writing to inform you that I will not be attend your course. I am your student on your Japanese course.

I have been attending your morning classes for the last few days nevertheless I enjoyed your lessons. I want to postpone these classes for few weeks. Because I worked on large company. This company is working to decorate room.

You know, at this time there are many weddings so we need to work hard. For this reason, we will need to go distance country to decorate bride’s house. I and also my colleagues return there two weeks later.

When I return from other country, I will attend your Japanese course. If possible, I will take you to your beginning course after I return.

I look forward to receiving your response.
