Dear Mr. Aravind

I am writing this letter to inform you that, I want to drop out of the trading course for short period. I have an emergency in my home.

Let me explain my situation, I am working a full time job and I have a big responsibility in my office. Recently my husband got a temporary transfer (6 months) to the head office and he cannot reach home daily. For this reason I am not able to manage my work and studies and my kids are small and still depending.

At would like to continue my studies after 6 months and at present situation I need a break. Moreover, waiting for a promotion after submitting the course certificate.

I eagerly look forward to joining you back and waiting for your feedback if you would be able to support me in this case.
