Dear Mr. John,
I am writing to inform you that I am unfortunately unable to continue the evening course. I have been attending classes for approximate three months and have greatly enjoyed learning about Business Analysis. My initial goal in taking the course was to gain knowledge and skills to support my career path.
However, I recently accepted a full-time position as a Business Analyst at BAC company. This is a dream job that I have been working towards for a long time. The timing of the position unfortunately conflicts with the course schedule. My company workday ends at 6 p.m., while your class starts at 5:30 p.m., making it impossible for me to attend.
I am truly disappointed to have to withdraw from the course. I have greatly appreciated your expertise and the knowledge you have shared with me. Your teaching has been instrumental in my successful application to this reputable company. I am confident that I will continue to grow as a Business Analyst and will strive to become a specialist in this field.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your guidance and support. I will continue to put in the hard work necessary to achieve my goals. Thank you again for everything.
Yours sincerely,
Trinh
