Tutor,

I am writing to inform you that, unfortunately, I am no longer able to continue with the part-time evening course due to my current situation. You know that I have a full-time job, and starting yesterday I will be busy for the next 6 months. That’s why I cannot continue doing this course.

However this course is quite important for me, I must focus on my job. When I started learning English I did not know it at all. After 1 year with you I know it very well. My language level is already B2 and this skill is crucial for me, because I can work in one of the well-known international company. Yesterday I got a promotion and now I am leader of the large project. Some time ago it was my dream, but today it is reality. At current position I have to work a lot and learn many new things. That is why I will spend more time for my job, including evenings, and this is the reason why I will not be able to continue with this course for some time.

I would like to say thank you for your lessons, they were brilliant! Also, I hope, I will have more free time in around 6 months because I will have a team and well established processes. Afterwards, I plan to resume the course. What do you think?
