Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to publish an advertisement in your local newspaper, “THE VANCOUVER SUN”, regarding the availability of a rental room in the apartment, which is located in Newton, Surrey, Canada.

The apartment has two master bedrooms along with a spacious living area, which provides the peace of mind for a person.Along with it, the gorgeous view of the mountains from the balcony is a perfection for the apartment. All the amenities and utilities bills are included in the rent.

I would like to rent this property to a youngster, preferably a university student, therefore, we can build certain rules for cleaning and cooking. This will allow both of us to see a clean apartment all the time. A family is the second preference for the apartment.

As you know this is the era of technology and everyone is spending electronic money. I would like to pay for the advertisement by interac or if you prefer cash, I will bring the payment to your office.
