Dear team,

I am writing this letter for a newsletter which I want to publish in your newspaper.

Firstly, let me tell you about myself, I am Rehbar having a 2 room apartment near College. I took this apartment for my family, but now my family has to leave due to an emergency so I have 1 room vacant.

I want to give an empty room specifically to a student. This is 2 room apartment and big hallway plus a private balcony and washroom attached in both of the room.

Specifically, I need a female student, who is clean and makes the surroundings clean too and non-smokers plus non-drinker too.

I want you to advertise this as soon as possible, because my flat is empty from today onwards. Try to keep this advertisement on front page due to more reach of peoples.

I will pay, through online banking or cash as well whatever suits your company or what policies company have, I am fine with everything.
