Dear Mr Jeckson.

I’m writing to let you know about a problem I’ve encountered with the heating system’s issues. Unfortunately, it hasn’t worked as expected, and I’m hoping you can help resolve this issue.

The heating system has been cooling down the rooms and being like air-conditionals in the winter, which has caused some inconvenience. I’ve already reached out to your support team but haven’t been able to find a solution yet.

I would really appreciate a repair for the heating system. I hope we can get this sorted out within 3 days, as I’d prefer to avoid further issues.
