Dear Members of the Award Committee,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for nominating me for this year’s Community Leadership Award. It is truly an honour to be considered among such an inspiring group of individuals.

Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that I will be unable to attend the award ceremony scheduled for this Thursday, 11 September 2025. Because im currently hospitalized. Despite my eagerness to join the event and celebrate this special occasion with you, this prior obligation makes my attendance impossible.

As an alternative, I would be more than happy to provide a short video message expressing my appreciation and sharing a few words about the work that led to the nomination. Additionally, if you would like to include any materials, such as photos or a written message, I would be glad to provide those in advance.
