The reasons why I am addressing you this letter is that I want to take a three – month professional course and ask for extension of my Visa which is set next June.

I am Shalola Rahmatova and I am international student from Uzbekistan. I have been studying at university of foreign languages in your country for two years.

I am eager to take a three – month professional course that will significantly enhance my knowledge in my field of study and support my bachelor’s degree. This course is not only important for my academic development but it is the requirement set by university which without of completing I will unable to graduate.

Considering these circumstances , I kindly request for extending of my Visa . Completing this course is essential in my educational process as well as a great chance to find my dream jon inn the future.

I would be grateful if you lend a head in this situation and look forward to positive response.
